Latest Update: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has enabled the portal for the printing of the 2022/2023 original admission letters for all candidates offered provisional admission by their various institutions and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board via the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE)
The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) would like to notify both current and former candidates who have received admission offers from their respective institutions that they are now able to commence the process of printing their admission letters from 1995 up to the present year.
This document is the official certification confirming your provisional admission into a Nigerian Tertiary Institution, which includes Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education, among others.
JAMB Original Admission Letter contains the following information:
a. School of Choice Offered Admission
b. Faculty/School/College or Department,
c. Course offered Admission
d. Duration of Course
e. Date, and Year of Admission e.t.c
Presenting the JAMB Admission Letter is crucial for authenticating one's admission into any recognized educational institution in Nigeria for tertiary education.

For detailed guidelines on how to print the JAMB Original Admission Letter from 1995 to date, please follow the steps provided below:
Visit the JAMB e-Facility Admission portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/Step 4: Upon proceeding, you'll reach the Admission Letter Printing Confirmation Page. Here, you'll encounter a prompt asking, "Have you verified your Admission Status?" Choose between 'Yes' or 'No'. Opting for 'Yes' grants access to the subsequent step, while selecting 'No' will redirect you to the JAMB Admission Status Checking Portal. (See PHOTOS for reference.
Step 5: Please choose your Examination Year from the provided Drop-Down Menu. Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the designated box. Afterwards, click on the "Print Admission Letter Button". Alternatively, you can select "Send Admission Letter as Mail" and then make a payment of N1,000 through the JAMB Remita Platform.
Step 6: Upon successful payment, your admission letter will be dispatched to your email. Alternatively, you can revisit STEP 1 - STEP 4 to print it from the JAMB Portal.
Kindly be aware that this service incurs a fee of N1,000. It is recommended to verify your admission status before initiating the printing process.
