The Auchi Polytechnic is currently offering admission forms for its Professional Diploma programs in Building Technology and Urban and Regional Planning for the academic session of 2023/2024.

This opportunity is exclusively available to individuals who have successfully completed their Higher National Diploma (HND) programs. The cost of the admission form stands at N20,000. Detailed information regarding the requirements and application process can be found below:

The Polytechnic extends an invitation to qualified candidates to apply for admission into the Professional Diploma programs in Building Technology and Urban and Regional Planning for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic session.

Auchi Polytechnic Professional Diploma Admission Requirements

For Building Technology:

Prospective candidates are required to possess a minimum of a lower credit pass in the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, which must be obtained from an institution with NBTE-accredited programs or an equivalent qualification.

Furthermore, candidates must have satisfactorily completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or provide evidence of exemption from the program.

The duration of the full-time course spans eighteen (18) calendar months, equivalent to at least three (3) semesters.

For Urban and Regional Planning:

Candidates must hold the Higher National Diploma (HND) and the National Diploma (ND) in Urban and Regional Planning from the Polytechnic or possess an equivalent qualification from institutions with similarly accredited programs recognized by NBTE.

Additionally, graduates of Geography and Regional Planning with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division Pass are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Diploma Admission

To initiate the application process for the Professional Diploma Admission at Auchi Polytechnic, follow these steps meticulously:

1. Launch your web browser and navigate to Auchi Polytechnic's official website: https://www.auchipoly-online.com/. Choose the appropriate portal (morning, evening, or degree).
2. Click on the link labeled "Apply for 2023/2024 Auchi Polytechnic HND OR PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA," based on your specific category.
3. The application form request will appear on the screen.
4. Thoroughly complete the application form, ensuring all necessary information is provided accurately.
5. NOTE: Create a username (preferably your phone number) and securely record both your username and password, as you will need them for future logins. Then, click "Generate Remita Retrieval Reference."
6. Take the generated REMITA RETRIEVAL REFERENCE (RRR) to the designated bank and request the processing of your payment on the REMITA platform. Alternatively, payments can be made through any REMITA approved channels. Allow a few hours for payment processing before returning to the portal to proceed with your application. Log in using your username and password.
7. Click on "Continue With My Application Form."
8. Thoroughly complete the application form, ensuring all required information is provided accurately. Uploading your passport photograph and the necessary scanned copies of your credentials is also mandatory.
9. Print a copy of the Acknowledgement slip and two copies of the application form.
10. Also, print a copy of the application summary sheet.
11. Assemble two sets of photocopies of your credentials, along with the e-receipt of the Remita payment, birth certificate, and two recent passport-sized photographs. Place these documents in an envelope. Bring this envelope with you to the Polytechnic on the yet-to-be-announced date for a physical screening exercise.
12. Remember to print an additional copy of the application summary sheet.
13. Enclose two sets of photocopies of your credentials, the e-receipt of the Remita payment, birth certificate, and two recent passport-sized photographs in the envelope with the forms.

Any payment procedure initiated and processed on a platform other than www.auchipoly.edu.ng for admission purposes is deemed invalid.
